I would highly recommend Mighty Fortress if you need an inspector. Gabe and his sister were very thorough. They took their time, making sure nothing was missed and they answered all our questions. The house was actually inspected by a different inspector about a month prior and Gabe's report was much more thorough and helpful. We were so blown away, we had Gabe come back with us for a reinspection after the repairs were made by the seller. His inspection really made us feel confident in our home. We felt like we knew exactly what we were getting into thanks to him. If you are buying a home, Gabe is someone you want in your corner!

Mighty Fortress did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them. Our inspection took roughly 4 hours on a 3,660 sq ft new construction home. Gabe's inspection was very thorough and methodical, ensuring nothing was overlook. The team was very professional and helped educate us on the various systems in the home. The final write up was very clear and comprehensive which allowed for easy communication with the seller on what items needed to be address.

The inspector used a two person team for approximately 3 hours on a 2300 SqFt home. They were very thorough reviewing every appliance and system of the home. We received a final report with pictures on the same day. The report was informative and included recommendations that were easy to comprehend. Most home closing expenses seem frivolous, but this inspection was worth it. My wife and I felt more confident and knowledgeable with our new home. The online report allowed us to review each recommendation then generate our own response back to the seller of which repair/replace recommendation was important to us. This process was easy and made the stress of buying a home just a little less. I plan to recommend Mighty Fortress to everyone I know and will request their services again if I ever purchase a home again.

Gabriel and his assistant were on time and very professional but PERSONABLE! During the entire inspection, he and his assistant were diligent and focused on the task. Although our home was a new construction, He was very thorough and found some minor issues that would have been missed and may have caused us money later. He encouraged us to inspect and addressed our concerns while there as well. Afterwords, he took us through the inside and outside of the home and informed us of the deficiencies as well as the highlights of the home. We were surprised to have our detailed inspection report the same day! We would have gladly paid double his humble cost. We highly recommend Mighty Fortress Inspections!

The inspector was punctual, very professional, courteous, and thorough. Within a few hours of the inspection ending, we received a final report with pictures.
