He found so many things even the seller after living there for years did not know about. He provided an extensive report that included every detail. I am 100% happy with the inspection and I will go right back to Gabriel for all other inspections that I will have in the future. He performs multiple thermal imagery, checked for leaks everywhere, checked the temperatures on appliances and ac, and much more. I could not imagine any better inspection.
